Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was cozy, with rooms that had everything I needed for a comfortable sleep, although a bit small with little room to move around. The service was friendly and knowledgeable about the area, offering great amenities. The location was perfect, easy to access downtown and right next to the waterfront. The dining experience was decent but not complimentary. Overall, a satisfactory stay for the price paid.
The hotel offers a grand lobby and athletic facilities, but the rooms are a bit tired and not soundproof. The service is accommodating and courteous, with quick service, but there is no soundproofing in the dining room. The location is excellent for downtown and attractions, but limited options available. The dining experience is exceptional with fresh and hot meals, yet not available on weekends.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, although some might find them a little dated. On the downside, the bathroom was exceptionally small. The service was absolutely wonderful and very friendly, with great help and recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The location was not bad, especially for exploring the Arch and downtown area, being close to the Gateway Arch and Busch Stadium. However, the dining experience was poor, as I was even charged for toothpaste at one point.
